Our sheep and cattle are reared under an extensive livestock farming model in the Dehesa of Los Pedroches Valley. Our animals are fed on grass, natural feed and the highest quality cereals. We make our own animal feed using the very best raw materials. All of this makes it possible to produce superior quality meat that is unbelievably tender and juicy. A natural and very healthy pleasure whose flavor evokes the love of our land and the daily hard work of our farmers.
The foreshank of the lamb carcass, taken from the front legs. A lamb cut that is commonly used for home roasting, as it is smaller than the leg. A lean, pink-colored piece that stands out for its pleasant aroma and for being extraordinarily tender, soft and juicy.
