Following a meticulous rearing and production process from origin right through to the aging period in our cellars, which results in an exclusive product featuring balanced aromas and intense flavours.

This ham is a unique piece characterized by the deep red color of its meat and an exquisite flavor that transports you to our Dehesa pasturelands. It is also protected under the “Los Pedroches” Designation of Origin.
