Manzanilla Solear, DOP Sanlúcar de Barrameda
This Manzanilla is aged for 6 years at the vineyards of Gibalbin and Sta Lucía in Jerez.
Very clean, translucent and intense; pale yellow in color with beautiful reflections. Sound on the nose, with intensity and finesse provided by the extensive aging under flor, with touches of salt and iodine. Extraordinarily dry on the palate, but with a delicate and harmonious aftertaste that is subtle and salty with a very persistent flavor.
Alcohol content 15% ABV
