Lamb chops
Our sheep and cattle are reared under an extensive livestock farming model in the Dehesa of Los Pedroches Valley. Our animals are fed on grass, natural feed and the highest quality cereals. We make our own animal feed using the very best raw materials. All of this makes it possible to produce superior quality meat that is unbelievably tender and juicy. A natural and very healthy pleasure whose flavor evokes the love of our land and the daily hard work of our farmers.
One of the most appreciated cuts of lamb, taken from the loin, specifically in the area known as the “carré”. We separate it into two types: those that are attached to the ribs, and those that are not. In both cases they are easy to eat, tender and extraordinarily delicious.
