The milk comes from our farms, in great part located around 21 kilometers from the dairy plant in Pozoblanco, which enables us to provide daily collections and packaging with a guarantee. By controlling the traceability of the whole process, we can thus ensure that we offer the consumer a safe product of the highest quality.

COVAP milk comes from cows, sheep and goats that live on the farms belonging to the cooperative's farmers. This means that COVAP is directly responsible for managing the wellbeing, feeding and care of our animals, as well as the daily collection, processing and marketing work. As such, we can ensure the consumer receives a high-quality product that is as fresh as possible, delivered via a sustainable chain.
