Our model is an example of sustainable, economic and social development in rural areas, at a time when reversing depopulation in places far from the cities is one of the great social and environmental challenges faced today.
This setting is one of the largest and most densely wooded habitats in the Iberian Peninsula, a unique ecosystem, an environmental lung and world heritage site which we have conserved for the coming generations. Our traceability-based model right from the origin has enabled Ibéricos COVAP to receive this quality certication for its entire production cycle.

Dehesafío
An initiative which began in 2017 aimed at repopulating the Dehesa and educating people about the value of the natural ecosystem. From its beginnings, it has contributed to the planting of more than 1,100 new holm oaks at 25 farms and in the lands of our Dehesa de Los Pedroches.

Committed to preserving our environment and protecting the planet, we work to reduce plastics and use sustainable packaging with PEFC and FSC certifications in line with the goals of the Cooperative.
